Unsupported extensions of ofact

These compiles libraries can be used to complement SDT but are provided ''as is'' with no guarantee of support. They can be downloaded from http://www.sdtools.com/distrib.

mtaucs : ofact support for the http://www.tau.ac.il/~stoledo/taucsTAUCS library.
pardiso : ofact support for the PARDISO implementation distributed in the Intel MKL.
